Kawakawa (Macropiper excelsum) Infused oil – Kawakawa leaves were traditionally used topically for numerous conditions including, bruises, rheumatism, dry – irritated skin and minor cuts and infections. Kawakawa leaves contain volatile oil and two key components of this, Myristicin and Elemicin have been shown to exhibit anti-inflammatory properties.
Black Cumin Seed Oil, Organic – Black cumin has long been taken internally to help improve the condition of hair, skin and nails. We now know that we can get a number of the same benefits by applying the oil topically. The one that is different from other plant ingredients is the oils powerful ability to restore the natural health and vitality of skin. Black cumin provides vitamins A, B and C, along with minerals like calcium, potassium, magnesium, and zinc giving skin what it needs to recover and repair itself. Like many oils, black cumin seed oil is rich in essential fatty acids that provide deep, lasting moisture for skin. These fatty acids also help reduce the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles.
Hemp Seed Oil Cold Pressed, Organic – Hemp oil is an increasingly popular oil in beauty and personal care produts. Despite being from the same plant family as the marijuana plant, hemp and it’s derivatives do not produce any intoxicating effects. Hemp oil is a considered to have anti-inflammatory properties, with its essential fatty acids useful in assisting skin conditions. Healing, soothing, antiseptic and analgesic properties make it the first choice for minor burns and wounds, itchy bites and aggravated skin conditions including eczema, psoriasis and acne.
Vitamin E – Natural D Alpha Tocopherol – Vitamin E is a fat soluble vitamin found in many different plant oils and throughout the body where it acts as an antioxidant to prevent the oxidation of lipids.
Beeswax, Organic – New Zealand – Certified Organic New Zealand yellow beeswax.
Shea Butter, Refined – Fair Trade – Shea butter is obtained from the seeds of the Karite tree (Butyrospermum parkii) common in several African countries. This soft, pliant ‘butter’ is pressed from the seeds and then purified for use used for soaps, cosmetics and toiletries.
How to use – 6 hours after your Tattoo/Permanent Makeup procedure, On Eczema, insect bites, dry skin, irritated skin, lips, cracked heels and anywhere else on your body.
