Please read thoroughly prior to your appointment

By booking an appointment it is mutually understood that you have fully read, completely understand, and fully comply with the following policies.

PAYMENT – EFTPOS, DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS AND AFTERPAY ONLY

CANCELLATIONS, RESCHEDULING, or NO SHOWS require 24 hours’ notice, turning up more than 15 mins late or not at all may result in your appointment being canceled and may incur a $49 cancellation fee. All unconfirmed appointment will automatically be canceled if not confirmed 12 hours before your scheduled appointment time. Frequent rescheduling or canceling appointments may require non-refundable full advance payment before a future appointment will be made, clients that are consistently late for appointments will not be re-booked
I do my very best to be understanding of personal issues or situations that arise. However, my business is my source of income, and failure to comply with my policies results in lost income and lost time on my part, which is the reason I have implemented these policies. I do not have these policies in place to be mean, rude, or non-understanding of personal issues. Please respect my business and me by obeying the policies I have in place.
I reserve the right to refuse service for any reason, including frequent cancellations, no-shows, under the influence, and may be unable to perform any type of service on anyone with open wounds or cuts as well as any skin or nail disorders that may be contagious or not redeem as healthy, please refrain from any services until these ailments are cleared, along with any contraindications and failure to comply with any of the policies in place. 

CONSULTATIONS – These are free for Cosmetic Tattooing/Saline Removal clients, takes around 30-minutes, and can include a patch test.
$49 for Laser Tattoo Removal clients (includes patch test)

MINIMUM AGE – Please be advised that under my insurance policy in no circumstances will services be performed on anyone under the age of 18 years old

CHILDREN – For the health and safety of young ones there is a no children are allowed on the premises policy

ENTOURAGES – Please don’t bring an entourage of friends, family, or co-workers with you, they become great distractions for me as I work. They may wait in the waiting room until the procedure is finished.

You must not be pregnant and it’s policy to wait until 3 months after you stop breastfeeding before carrying out any Cosmetic Tattooing &/or Tattoo Removal

PARKING – Please allow plenty of time to find parking. There are paid off-street parking around the exchange or the Distinction Hotel Car Park (payment by card only)

ENTRANCE you can use the stairs or the lifts at the front of the building on the Crawford street side
